Frequently Asked (And Answered)

How do I pay?

The FINE Shop links directly to PayPal, where you can set up your payment method through them. You can use your PayPal account, or your chosen credit card.

When will I get my new stuff?

To play it safe, we estimate shipping will take 7-10 business days—those are days where folks are in-office, gathering, wrapping, and packaging. Those are not days like New Year’s or Memorial Day, where said person is NOT in-office.

What if I really need my stuff before then?

Well, if you’re ordering the Suds, we fully understand. If you’re worried about the turnaround time, and are in desperate need of a good bathing, just send us an email and we’ll work it out.

How do I ship to multiple addresses?

If you’re sending to different places, you’ll need to place different orders. Order together where items will ship together.

How much is shipping anyway?

You’ll see a $5 shipping charge automatically applied during checkout. That’s for up to 3 items. If you’re ordering more, we’ll need more boxes, so shipping will increase.

You don’t have my size. Now what?

We take requests, unlike your neighborhood DJ. Send us an email with the item you’re wanting and the size you’re needing, and we’ll give you an estimate for how long it’ll take to reach our offices and then your home. From there, it’s up to you.

The product is sold out. Now what?

See above.

I got my item; I love it (mostly)! But…it’s a little snug/big/just not the right fit.

Email our team with what you need, and we’ll help you with the process of returning the item to our office. Once it arrives, we’ll send you the new one.

I got my item, but it’s not what I was hoping. Can I return it?

We don’t love that you don’t love it. So send it back, and we’ll issue you a refund. Though we unfortunately can’t cover your cost of shipping it back to our offices.

I was having a spot of tea and noticed your FINE wares! Do you ship across the pond?

Currently, we keep it local, as in national, as in USA. But where there’s a will there’s a way. We just haven’t found it yet.
